Perpetuated by externalized consciousness, unconscious patterns shield us from the inherent simple joy of our true Nature, our uncontrived naturalness. This can be called Christ Consciousness or our Buddha Nature. Here you will experience a real and tangible way of connecting with the hidden Essence of who you truly are. In inner silence and stillness we may glimpse a truth larger than our self definitions allow.
